2010 edition
The basic price of the 2010-edition is € 63.50; the price is without postage & packaging, transaction charges and VAT.
For deliveries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland) VAT is charged also for company orders.
This is to prevent high administrative costs when a customs declaration has to be prepared.
Methods of payment
We prefer the books to be paid for by bank transfer. Cheques and bankers draft are accepted but the transaction charges are higher. You will receive an invoice with your order. Please note that we do not accept eurocheques.
No transaction charges are made for orders within the Netherlands. The transaction charges for a bank transfer are € 3.50. The transaction charges for a cheque or bankers draft are € 15.
In addition, we accept credit card payments via PayPal. Transaction charges for credit card payments are 5% with a minimum of € 3.50. If you wish to pay by credit card, please fill in the order form as usual but select the "credit card payment" option. Do not send us your credit-card details: we will send you an invoice with the total to be paid and a link to the PayPal site. You must make the payment yourself online!
Please note that you will be charged the postage that is applicable when your book is dispatched. Postal charges increase regularly.
