NOTE: If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of ordening the books, please check your Junk E-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click Not Junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

In addition, if you do not receive this e-mail confirmation at all, you probably  mistyped your e-mail address. In that case, please send an e-mail to cashier@helze.com. This is particularly important for orders to be paid by credit card (PayPal), because we cannot process your order without a valid e-mail address.
